AAUW CA STATE PROJECTS

AAUW California currently has two State Projects:  Tech Trek and Speech Trek:

AAUW CA Tech Trek

AAUW CA Tech Trek is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) camp designed to develop interest, excitement, and self-confidence in young women who will enter eighth grade in the fall. It features hands-on activities in STEM-related fields. All sleeping, eating, instructional and recreational facilities are located on a university campus where camps are held.   Learn more HERE.

Donations to AAUW CA Tech Trek are tax deductible.  Checks must be written to AAUW CA SPF, write Tech Trek in the memo line, including AAUW CA Branch and specific Tech Trek Camp (if applicable).  If you wish to donate to a specific AAUW CA Tech Trek Camp by check, please mail the above form to the specific Tech Trek Camp Treasurer.  For more information contact the AAUW CA Tech Trek Financial Liaison .

SPF Voucher Payment Instructions for AAUW CA Tech Trek

 

AAUW CA Speech Trek is a speaking contest open to all California high school students.

Speech Trek, in its fourteenth year, is an AAUW California Project that begins on the branch level with a speech tournament for local students and culminates with three top statewide finalists performing their five-minute speeches at the AAUW California convention/annual meeting in April.
